• Mr. Chhabra has 4 years’ of experience in Corporate & Direct Tax advisory/litigation, Dispute Resolution and White Collar defense. He is highly skilled at conducting legal due diligence for overseas companies/NRI to identify and appraise the risk associated with their cross border investment.

• Mr. Chhabra has an extensive experience of handling direct tax matters involving assessment/reassessment initiated in due course as well as after search proceedings. He has further dealt with matters involving addition of cash credit, unexplained investments, and disallowance of short/long term capital losses. He had also advised foreign companies in ascertaining their PE exposure in India.

• Mr. Chhabra focuses on drafting legal opinions, formulating pre-litigation strategies and handling litigations pertaining to Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, IBC, PMLA, and Arbitration and Conciliation Act. He regularly advises companies across India during pre-litigation negotiations in commercial matters.

• Mr. Chhabra studied law at the I.P. University, Delhi with specialisation in criminal laws and was called to the bar in the year 2018. He got his LL.M. Degree in Corporate & Commercial Laws from Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai.

• Apart from legal proficiency, Mr. Chhabra is an ardent animal lover and a brilliant football player.
